1. About Us
   CONZUPT operates an online marketplace that connects clients with independent consultants and suppliers. We do not offer consulting services nor sell/supply equipment ourselves nor do we act as an agent, employer, or representative of any consultant.
2. Platform Role
   We provide a technology platform for clients, consultants and the suppliers to connect. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by consultants as well as the quality, specification accuracy and delivery of equipment supplied by the suppliers.
3. User Accounts
   Users must register to access the platform. You are responsible for your account security and activity.
4. Fees
   At present, no fees are being charged as part of our platform promotion. However, we plan to introduce a subscription-based fee structure in the near future, which may limit access to certain featured services for non-subscribers. All users will be notified in advance of any such changes, and updated Terms and Conditions will be presented for acceptance. Please note that subscribing to featured services will remain entirely optional.
5. Credentials and Qualifications of Consultants and Suppliers
   We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the qualifications, certifications, licenses, or professional credentials of any consultant and supplier listed on or contacted through the platform. It is the sole responsibility of clients to conduct their own due diligence before engaging a consultant and suppliers.
6. Consultants/Suppliers Liability
   Consultants and suppliers agree that they are independent and are solely responsible for the delivery of their services and equipment.
7. Consultant Services
   All services, advice, and communications provided by consultants are the sole responsibility of the respective consultant. We do not control, oversee, endorse, or guarantee any aspect of the services, including their quality, accuracy, legality, timeliness, or outcomes. Any reliance on such services is at your own risk.
8. Supplier Equipment
   All equipment, machines, spares and other items provided by suppliers are the sole responsibility of the respective supplier. We do not control, oversee, endorse, or guarantee any aspect of them, including their quality, accuracy, delivery, timeline and other damages.
9. Platform Availability and Errors
   While we strive to keep the platform operational and free from errors, we do not guarantee that the platform will always function without interruption, delay, or error.
10. Content Responsibility and Intellectual Property
    All users are solely responsible for all content they submit, upload, or display on the platform, including service listings, equipment listing, job posting, descriptions, images, and any associated materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CONZUPT and CONZUPT Stakeholders not limited to: Owners, employee third party contractors: shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
    • Client-Consultant Interactions
    • Service Quality and Accuracy
    • Disputes Between Users
12. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
13. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the countries of users.
14. Tax Obligations
    You are solely responsible for managing your own tax obligations, including reporting income and paying any applicable taxes (e.g., GST, income tax).
15. Acknowledge & Acceptance of Terms
    By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to all above terms and conditions and that CONZUPT disclaims all warranties.
